The Hmong nonprofit organizations in Butte County, CA, are pleased to announce that the proposal for General Vang Pao’s monument has been approved by the City of Chico. We must raise $40,000 to complete this monumental project and seek your generous donation. All proceeds will go directly to the costs of designing and constructing the monument.
